Order Cancellation & Returns

Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.

For returns, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. A return fee of approximately 10% of the order value may apply, depending on the product and return conditions.

To request a return, customers may be asked to provide clear photos and/or videos of the product, together with a brief explanation of the reason for the return. All returns are subject to verification and our applicable return conditions.
